(1) February 6 -10, 2012, involved in the training course on FMD risk analysis and laboratory diagnostics, Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore.

(2) August 3 - 6, 2009, participated in Regional Workshop on the WTO Agreement on   Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures Program, Luangprabang, Lao PDR.

(3) March 22 – April 6, 2008, took part in disease free zone and animal health risk   assessment training course, Canada.

(4) September, 2006, engaged in the training course on food safety and risk analysis in   Canada.

Professional Experience

Appointed expert of the Animal Health Risk Assessment, Animal Epidemic Prevention, Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products Expert Committee of the Ministry of Agriculture and provided consultation for the establishment of Special Animal Disease Free Zone . serves as deputy director of the National Animal Health Risk Assessment Experts Committee Office,  the team leader of "Veterinary Law" drafting expert group, serves as an expert member in more than 10 national authorities.Presided over more than 30 international, national and local animal health relevant research projects.Formulated hundreds of animal health regulations , standards  and document for specific animal disease free zone or compartment.Directed more than 10 specific animal disease free zone and  Guanzhou Conghua Specified Equine Disease Free Zone in China. Participated in numerous animal disease risk assessments inside  and outside china.

Honors and Awards

In 2012, awarded the Model Worker of Qingdao City by the Qingdao Municipal Government;

In 2013, awarded the National Advanced Individual of Agriculture by the Ministry of Agriculture;

In 2016, awarded the Winner Special Government Allowance.
