Best Poster Award
The 15th World Equine Veterinary Association Congress Scientific and Publication Group will select the best poster presented during the Congress. The Best Poster Award is to encourage and highlight veterinarians who are actively involved in veterinary field. Abstracts should be submitted by 20th December, 2017 and accepted abstracts will be presented as posters during the Congress.
The judges will evaluate the posters according to the following criteria:
Quality of the scientific methodology
Clinical impact of the work
Level of completion of the work
Quality of presentation
Clarity of submitted abstract
The winner of the Best Poster Award will be announced at the congress and via the official website on April 22, 2018 and a prize will be awarded at the closing ceremony. The winner must attend the closing ceremony. In addition, the winner and the two runners-up will each be given 10 minutes slots to present their work in the main congress programme.
Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, national origin, ethnicity, or disability in regard to the Best Poster Award is prohibited. Each candidate shall be evaluated based on the award's criteria.

Presentation Guideline
15th WEVA, Beijing, China 2018 welcomes the submission of abstracts for poster presentations.
Paper-Posters will be presented during the Congress.
You may also present your posters with a video on the TV screen.
