Registration
Guideline
It is necessary to complete the registration for every participant who wants to attend the Congress. The on-line registration is available through the official website www.chinaweva.org Participants are encouraged to register as early as possible to take advantage of discounted registration fees. * Any commission charges from the payment shall be borne by the participants.
Registration Fees
1. Wet Labs Registration
Two-day wet labs will be held on 19th and 20th April with different and parallel curricula each day.Registration fee per person for each curriculum is 150 USD.

Group Registration
The 15th World Equine Veterinary Association Congress Organizing Committee is pleased to offer special rates to groups of more than twenty attendees.
Students who are registered as a group (group size is not restricted) in the name of their instituite or university, will be entitled to a special rate. Above mentioned students can be undergraduates, postgraduates or doctors.

Payment Options
• 15th WEVA registration fees can be paid by credit card (such as VISA , MasterCard) only through the secure online registration system at www.chinaweva.org.。
- Bank Wire Transfer
• Please state "15th WEVA " and quote your full name / company, and email on the bank transfer. A copy of receipt for your bank remittance with the participant's name should be sent to the Executive Committee by e-mail reg@chinaweva.org or fax (+86-10-60487822 ).
• Full Payment in USD must be received within 5 days of submitting registration.
• Registration will be held pending until payment is received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellations must be made in writing by email to reg@chinaweva.org or Fax +86-10-60487822 .
Refund policy:
On or before 15th February, 2018 : 20% of registration fee will be forfeited
After 1st March, 2018 : 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited
If you do not attend the Congress without notice of cancellation, no refund will be given.
Alternately, you can appoint someone to replace you before April 1, 2018
